Where: Turks and Caicos is an archipelago of 40 low-lying coral islands in the Atlantic Ocean, a British Overseas Territory southeast of the Bahamas.

Fact: The Turks and Caicos Islands are named after the indigenous Turk’s head (fez-shaped) cactus, and the Lucayan term caya hico, meaning string of islands. Originally inhabited by the Taino and Lucayan people, the islands passed from Spanish, to French, to British control from the 16th through the 18th centuries. Today, they are one of the 14 British Overseas Territories.

Language: English is the official language, you might also hear some Spanish and Haitian Creole since most of the immigrants are from the Dominican Republic and Haiti.

At night, their talented culinary team presents a wide selection of dishes including fresh-caught seafood, choice cuts of meat, vegetarian options and more.
