"Make a joyful sound for joyful healing!!! As a rather novice yoga practitioner, I always feel great comfort when attending a class held by Ashton Tafoya. I never feel out of place and Ashton is always very helpful when helping with posture. I suffered a disc herniation in my lower back a few years ago and after receiving chiropractic work I would often attend Yin Yoga with Ashton in Williams, OR on Tuesday evenings. I don’t think I would be as healed as I am without it! She even would cater to my needs when she knew I was in attendance and would have a do my favorite pose to help with sciatic pain which is Cow Face.
